Po revoluci tak lid\u00e9 za\u010dali byty, ve kter\u00fdch bydleli, od dru\u017estev odkupovat.To ov\u0161em znamenalo, \u017ee bylo nutn\u00e9 p\u0159ij\u00edt s novou organizac\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se bude starat o spole\u010dn\u00e9 prostory a bude slo\u017eena z majitel\u016f jednotliv\u00fdch byt\u016f. D\u016fsledkem toho pak v mnoha p\u0159\u00edpadech bylo zalo\u017een\u00ed svj, tedy spole\u010denstv\u00ed vlastn\u00edk\u016f jednotek.V n\u011bm jsou automaticky za\u0159azeni v\u0161ichni obyvatel\u00e9 byt\u016f dan\u00e9ho domu, i kdy\u017e se sv\u00e9ho \u010dlenstv\u00ed mohou vzd\u00e1t. To v\u0161ak tak\u00e9 znamen\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159ijdou o hlasovac\u00ed pr\u00e1vo, kter\u00e9 je zde velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Prakticky o v\u0161ech z\u00e1le\u017eitostech, t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se domu, se toti\u017e rozhoduje pr\u00e1v\u011b hlasov\u00e1n\u00edm.
